Access Terms (v1.1, 8 September 2026)

By ticking the box and continuing you agree to these terms with Synalogic Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 72 699 931 738) and its related bodies corporate (Synalogic).

  1. Confidential information. This demonstration and everything it shows or describes — including workflows, screens, user interfaces, methods, architecture, outputs and Synalogic's commercial approach — is Synalogic's confidential information (Confidential Information), disclosed solely so you can evaluate a potential engagement with, or investment in, Synalogic (the Purpose).
  2. Your obligations. You will (a) use the Confidential Information only for the Purpose, and not to develop, train, improve, benchmark or procure any competing product or service; (b) not record, copy, screenshot, download, transcribe, redistribute or reverse-engineer any part of it; (c) not disclose it to anyone outside your organisation, or describe its methods, architecture or workflows to any third party; (d) share it within your organisation only with colleagues who need it for the Purpose and who are bound by confidentiality obligations at least as protective as these; and (e) take reasonable care to prevent unauthorised access, recording or disclosure by others.
  3. Exclusions. These obligations don't apply to information you can show was already public through no fault of yours, was lawfully in your possession before disclosure, or was independently developed without reference to the Confidential Information. They continue for five years from your first access, or for as long as the information remains a trade secret, whichever is longer.
  4. Intellectual property. The platform, including its validation, citation and context-building methods, is the subject of pending patent applications. Synalogic owns all rights in the Confidential Information. Viewing this demonstration grants you no licence or other right, and nothing you learn from it may be used to challenge Synalogic's rights. Any feedback you provide may be used by Synalogic without restriction.
  5. Identity and authority. You confirm that the name, corporate email address and phone number you provide are your own and accurate, that you are viewing on behalf of the organisation whose email domain you use, and that you are authorised to accept these terms for yourself and, to the extent permitted by your role, that organisation.
  6. Records. Ticking the box is your electronic signature. Synalogic records your acceptance (including the version of these terms shown to you), your identity details, IP address, access times and viewing activity, and may rely on that record as evidence of what was disclosed, to whom and when. Your access link is personal to you and must not be shared.
  7. Privacy and cookies. Synalogic handles your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. A strictly necessary cookie is used to keep you signed in to the demonstration and cannot be disabled while viewing. Optional analytics cookies, which help us understand how the demonstration is viewed, are set only if you separately opt in.
  8. General. The demonstration is provided for evaluation only, without warranty; it may not reflect the final product. You acknowledge that a breach of these terms may cause harm that damages alone cannot remedy, and that Synalogic may seek injunctive relief. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the jurisdiction of its courts. They complement, and don't replace, a mutual NDA — we're glad to put one in place for deeper access.

Most organisations start with a facilitated half-day workshop: we triage your AI use cases against your governance gaps, and you keep the deliverables: a prioritised use-case shortlist, a fit and feasibility matrix, and a draft of your governance requirements. That holds whether or not you go further with us.
