The Challenge

The Validation Proof Gap

Professionals can use AI, but they cannot prove they validated its output. This creates a critical gap in professional liability and organisational risk management.

“I checked it”

No proof. No trail. No way to demonstrate due diligence when it matters.

Synalogic
“Here’s the proof”

Every validation logged. Every source traced. Every approval documented.

One platform. Every professional.

The same accountability architecture — audit, compliance, and continuous monitoring — all governed by the same validation engine.

What the platform enforces

Architectural properties, not optional features. The same accountability standard applies across every product, every workflow, every engagement.

01

Enforced audit trail

Every step in every workflow is logged — the AI output, the evidence it was based on, the human review, the decision made, and the timestamp. Immutable. Exportable. Regulator-ready.

02

Mandatory human sign-off

The platform enforces human review and explicit approval before any output progresses. This is not configurable out — it's the core of what makes Synalogic defensible in a professional context.

03

Source traceability

Every AI-generated claim is linked to the specific document, data point, or evidence that supports it. Your team can verify what the AI used — and your clients can see you did.

04

Consistent process

The same governed workflow every time. No variation between users, engagements, or offices. Process consistency is what makes AI outcomes defensible at scale.

05

Enterprise security architecture

Access controls, encryption, role-based permissions, and audit logs at every layer. Built to ISO 27001 and SOC 2 standards by professionals who've secured government and critical infrastructure.

The AI trust engine

The core of the Synalogic platform is a patent-pending hybrid intelligent context retrieval and validation system. What makes it different is not which AI model it uses — it's the architecture around the model that enforces accountability.

The engine does three things that conventional AI deployments don't: it grounds every output in your own verified data, it requires explicit human validation before outputs can be used, and it creates a permanent record of the entire process.

We don't publish the full implementation — that's what the patent protects. But the outcome is verifiable: every claim has a source, every source was reviewed, and every review is on the record.

01

Contextual retrieval from verified sources

The engine retrieves only the relevant context from your organisation's data. Targeted, not broad. No out-of-scope data reaches the model.

02

AI generation with source attribution

The model generates outputs grounded in the retrieved context. Every claim is attributed to the specific source it came from. No ungrounded inference is surfaced.

03

Mandatory validation queue

Output goes into a validation queue, not directly to the user. A designated reviewer must check the source attribution, verify the claim, and explicitly approve or reject.

04

Sealed audit record

The approval creates an immutable audit record: what was generated, what the source was, who reviewed it, what decision was made, and when. Exportable at any time.

Built for enterprise
from the ground up

Synalogic is not a shared SaaS platform with enterprise features bolted on. Every deployment is architecturally isolated, hosted in your jurisdiction, and controlled by your team.

Deployment

Single-tenant containerised deployment

Each client runs in their own isolated container. Your environment shares no infrastructure, no database, and no compute with any other Synalogic client. Dedicated. Isolated. Yours.

Data Sovereignty

In-country hosting

Your data stays in your jurisdiction. Australian clients are hosted in Australia. For international deployments — Hong Kong, Singapore, UK, EU — we provision in-country. Data sovereignty is not an option; it's the default.

Security

Enterprise security architecture

Encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2/1.3). Role-based access control. Privileged access management. Security event logging. Built to ISO 27001 and SOC 2 standards. Pen tested on deployment.

AI & LLM

Model-agnostic architecture

The platform is not locked to a single LLM provider. The validation layer sits above the model — so as models improve, Synalogic improves with them without changing the accountability architecture.

Integrations

Secure API connectivity

Connects to your existing systems — ERP, HR, compliance tools, CRM — via secure, authenticated API. Your data flows into Synalogic; it does not flow out to third parties without your explicit authorisation.

Privacy

Privacy by design

Built to the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and aligned to international frameworks including GDPR. Your data stays in your environment and under your control — the platform is architected so that sensitive information is processed within your tenancy, not ours.

A platform of trust.
Not a trade-off.

Every AI tool promises to make your team faster. The Synalogic platform delivers that — and the one thing no other platform does: a documented proof that your team was in control.

You get the speed benefits of AI. Your clients, your regulators, and your professional body get the evidence that a qualified human validated every output. That is not a slower version of AI. That is a trustworthy version of AI.

Synalogic was built on this principle from the ground up. The accountability architecture is not a feature you configure — it is the foundation every product runs on.

The Synalogic platform is the AI trust and governance architecture that powers Assure, Sentinel, and Vero — giving every product the same accountability foundation regardless of workflow.

The Synalogic platform provides AI governance capabilities that horizontal AI governance frameworks do not: mandatory sign-off enforced at the workflow level, source traceability to the specific evidence each AI output drew from, and immutable approval records built into the product architecture — not configured on top of it.

The platform is aligned to the NIST AI Risk Management Framework (AI RMF), ISO 42001 AI management systems, and the EU AI Act requirements for high-risk AI systems — including human oversight, transparency, and documentation requirements. It provides the technical infrastructure for organisations implementing AI governance under the IIA's updated global standards, ASIC guidance on AI in financial services, and APRA's evolving AI risk framework.

The Synalogic platform is the answer to the accountability gap that Deloitte Omnia, PwC Aura, EY EY.ai, and KPMG Clara do not address: not how to use AI faster, but how to prove that the humans using it exercised professional judgment. Every output source-verified. Every review documented. Every approval permanent.
